RMSER Youth & Community Programs
Since 2009, the RMSER Youth & Community Programs have sought, and obtained, the highest level of student - athletic excellence through our most coveted commodity: devotion to making clients better students and healthier individuals.
Under the direction of Jermaine Stafford, the Youth & Community Programs staff has created an atmosphere that enhances confidence, builds moral character, and develops goal orientation in the classroom, on the field, and in the world surrouding our youth. Through this, individuals have enabled themselves to overcome personal, social and physical limitations. These life lessons will remain with them throughout their lifetime of success.
The mission of the Youth and Community Programs division is to transform and develop the abilities of students, atheletes, and individuals by combining superior training principles, expert academic coaching , and systematic instruction to produce proven results.
