PARKFIELD LAKE PARK
GRAND OPENING
On October 15, 2011, the new Parkfield Lake Park was officially opened. Festivities were kicked off by the drumline, and the grand opening continued with the entrance of several local youth sports teams. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock joined in the celebration, giving an address and performing the coin toss for the PAL football game. The North Denver Mustangs (sponsored by RMSER), and the Park Hill Prince Hall teams playied an exciting game to finsh out the afternoon.
